We have bought several pieces of furniture from them over the years. It is very high quality furniture. It holds up with kids and teenagers! We paid for delivery and set up of our queen storage bed and dresser. The 2 movers put on new felt pads (we provided them) and set up everything up quickly. No complaints here!

After searching for the perfect couch at seven other places, I finally remembered all the positive experiences we’d had with Hoot Judkins when we moved into our new home a couple of decades ago. So far, my furniture purchasing experience at Hoot Judkins has been great! Ninette and the team provided excellent customer service helping me pick out a fabric for a custom couch order. They had hundreds of swatches to feel and choose from and Ninette patiently helped me narrow down my options for the shade, durability and softness I wanted. I'm excited with the choice I made! She also helped me find a couple of nice wooden C tables to go with the couch so that I could meet the Spring sale minimum (no sales tax). They don't sell area rugs, but Ninette also provided great advice on what rug materials and sizes would work best with the couch I ordered. Thanks Ninette and Hoot Judkins for the excellent customer service, wish I knew about this place sooner! Looking forward to when my couch is delivered. UPDATE: Couch was recently delivered and I'm still really happy with my choice: brand (Best), style (Trafton) and custom fabric (Stone). Delivery team was professional and friendly. Was quoted a 4-8 week lead time for Best to build and ship my new custom couch (from Indiana) and it was delivered to HJ 7 weeks after purchase. I was able to schedule delivery to my home with HJ under 2 weeks after they received it, so ~9 weeks from purchase to home delivery. Thanks HJ, will definitely purchase future furniture from here again!

We ordered a shelving unit from Hoot in January. When it arrived the doors were missing. It took until April 25th for two 2’x1’ doors to get installed without the matching knobs of the same unit. The furniture is beautiful but their led time is horrendous and the company wanted full payment on an unfinished product. Hopefully the knobs will arrive soon.

We have bought many items from Hoot Judkins, and have always been very satisfied. We like the quality of the product and the delivery is always pretty smooth. All around we support this business frequently and think they are great.

Hoot Judkins is the best! We decided to get a bookcase to match the furniture we got about six years ago from them. I chatted with Vicki on their website, asked how how quickly it could be delivered. After checking our address, she said if I completed the order quickly, she could get it on the truck for the next day! The delivery guys were terrific, and we love our new bookcase.
